Incorrect Addresses or Undelivered Packages

Reshipping and Returns Policy

If an order is returned due to shipping issues not attributable to Molecule Natural Labs (e.g., incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages), we can reship the order, but reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
